Humans all have the same origin, and before they began their long journey far from their heavenly homeland they lived in the bosom of the Eternal. Consequently, they have retained a memory of this paradise, albeit as very distant glimmers. But during the course of their successive incarnations they haven’t all had the same experiences: while some have strayed onto dark, tortuous paths, others have kept a clearer awareness deep inside themselves of their divine origin. This is why, when certain parts of initiatic Science are revealed to them, they say to themselves, ‘Yes, that is the truth… I already knew that!’ As for those who have allowed themselves to be drawn into disorder and chaos, they are closed to all revelations. In order to rediscover these truths, they must try to take the path again that leads to the heights by purifying themselves, in other words by working on their thoughts and feelings with love and wisdom.
