When we gather around a fire, the fire becomes the centre of the group and it is toward this symbolic centre of light, warmth and life that we must send our thoughts and prayers. We meet each other in the fire : our soul and our thoughts meet in the fire provided we are aware and understand the significance of such a reunion, of such a ceremony. Why are we gathered around a fire ? To give ‘flesh and blood' to a divine idea by wrapping it in our love, so giving it all the elements it needs to become material reality. We must do everything in our power to ensure that our friends from the invisible world find an abundance of this matter within us, this love with which they can envelop the child that must be born : the Kingdom of God on earth.
