Sometimes, without knowing why, you suddenly experience a feeling of joy or sadness. There are several explanations for this, but here is one you most likely have never considered. You have probably at some time encountered someone in the street whose face attracted your attention and to whom you sent a thought, a beam of love. This person was unaware of your regard, but through your eyes he or she received the good you sent them and felt its effects. When you suddenly feel joy, it may be that an entity from the invisible world looked at you as it passed by and projected his love on to you. Your heart has been touched, and you feel happy. Wherever we are, we are always surrounded by crowds of visible and invisible beings from whom we sometimes receive something positive, at other times something negative, and this fact explains many of our different states. The sun, which looks at us every day, also sends us waves of life. And because the sun is an image of God, who is our spiritual sun, we must become conscious that it is God who looks at us through the sun. To love God is to present ourselves before Him each day, so He may look upon us, and so we may receive His gaze.
