Initiatic science teaches us that the spirit of God permeates the entire universe, and that through the matter this universe is made of we can enter into relationship with him. People have no idea what they lose by failing to understand that the elements around them – earth, water, air and fire – are steeped in the quintessence of the Divinity, and that through meditation, respiration and conscious nutrition, we can harness this quintessence and vivify all the cells in our body. In this way, not only do we improve our physical health, but once rejuvenated, purified and illuminated, our cells become good workers. Instead of holding us deep down in the impenetrable layers of matter, these cells support us in our work of spiritual creation.
