What land was the Psalmist referring to when he said, ‘I …

What land was the Psalmist referring to when he said, ‘I walk before the Lord in the land of the living’? In reality, this land of the living is a state of consciousness, and in some way it is also our earth, or the etheric regions of our earth. For the earth is not only what we see of it; it is also a subtle world inhabited by luminous beings, angels and divinities. Even Jesus can be found on this earth; he hasn’t left it, since he said, ‘ I am with you always, to the end of the age.’ Of course, he has left the physical earth, but he still lives on an earth that is divine, luminous and alive, the etheric earth. And when the human beings that live here on our earth succeed in purifying themselves and reach a higher spiritual state, they also begin to inhabit this land of the living, and they come into contact with the great masters, with the angels and divinities and with the Christ.
