Everything in the universe has consciousness. Yes, even …

Everything in the universe has consciousness. Yes, even stones, rocks and metals. But this consciousness lies outside them, far away at the outermost edges of the universe, and this is why they exist in an inert state. The consciousness of plants is located at the centre of the earth and, in order to speak to them, in order for them to understand us and respond, that is where we must go to contact them. Animals, on the other hand, have a collective conscience: each species is directed by their specific group soul. We see that animals observe seasons for mating, for egg laying, for migrating, for moulting. This is because they obey a group soul outside themselves. Thus for stones, plants, and animals, consciousness remains exterior to them. Humans are the only beings into whom consciousness has descended, the only beings who possess individual consciousness, and this is why they are thinking beings endowed with their own will. It is clear, therefore, that everything in existence possesses a consciousness, but the proximity of this consciousness varies – closer or further away – according to the degree of evolution
