Humans do not know how to live in the world of wonder and poetic imagination. Even artists, painters, poets, movie directors and playwrights tend to portray the crudest, most repulsive reality in their art – as if we were not already all too familiar with such things. In order to flourish, it is far better for human beings to immerse themselves in the beauty of an enchanted world that will instil in them the desire to reach for it and to dwell there. You will say, ‘But that world is not real!’ Well, in fact, this unreal world is the absolute reality. This is where we finally feel like we are living in purity and light. True reality must be sought on high in the realm of the soul and the spirit.
