Forest - a world of living entities

When you enter a forest, try to become aware that there are a multitude of creatures there coming and going, busy with different activities, and that they can see you. Try to make contact with them, and even speak to them to show you appreciate the work they are doing. Go up to a tree, for example, and say to it, 'How beautiful you are! How powerful, robust and sturdy you are! If only I could be as robust and sturdy as you! Please let all the other trees in the forest know that they are magnificent, that I love them; greet each one for me, give them a kiss from me.' You embrace the tree, and then the entities that live in it go and pass your love on to the whole forest. And so, as you continue on your way, the other entities that have received your message come out from their trees to look at you; they are filled with wonder and dance as you pass by. And when you return home, you are happy; you feel you have tasted something of the true life.
