Cells of our body - concentrating on the infinitely small to connect to God, the infinitely great

So many people recognize that something inside them is looking for God, and they suffer because they cannot find him! But do they evaluate what seeking God really means? God is infinitely great, and we will only succeed in getting close to him if we begin by dealing with the infinitely small. And what is this infinitely small? A cell. Our body is made up of a mass of cells, each one of which is a living being, a tiny soul with its own individuality. This is why, if you want to find God, concentrate on this population living inside you, instead of going off in search of immensity and becoming lost in it. This is one of the most beneficial exercises you can do. Each day pay attention to your cells. Ask yourself how you can purify, strengthen and illuminate them still more through your thoughts, feelings and actions. Little by little, you will sense that you are beginning to touch the Divine, which itself is purity, strength and light.
