Cells - are children, to whom you should give a good example

When you are in front of other people, you try to make a good impression. But when no one is there to see you, how do you act, and what thoughts and feelings do you have? You think you are alone, and you give way to all kinds of impulses. You don’t know that your cells, which are small living souls, are also endowed with memory. Yes, everything is recorded in them, so then they reproduce your behaviour. If you have broken any laws, your cells imitate you, and you are upset and unwell, but of course you do not understand why. Cells are like children – they have to be educated, and the only true education, for cells as for children, is through example. So, wherever you are, you must be able to show control and wisdom, not only in your movements and all the ways you express yourself, but also in your thoughts and feelings. If someone has offended or annoyed you, instead of allowing yourself to brood over them, invoke peace, light and love, and send this peace, light and love to them, as well as to all the people you know, and even to those you don’t. These thoughts and feelings are recorded in your cells, which take note of them and will imitate you. So you will be the one to benefit.
