The best possible use of Meditation

Meditation is like chewing food. When you chew, your glands work and you absorb through the tongue the most subtle and spiritual energies. Meditation is chewing thoughts. But of course, when it comes to meditation, it implies that your thinking focuses on philosophical, spiritual, mystical subjects. Meditation should take us to a more elevated world and bring us light and peace.

Meditation requires preparation. Those who start meditating without having acquired a certain inner discipline, that is, control over their thoughts, feelings and desires, begin by wandering in the lower regions of the astral plane, and on their way they stir up all kinds of dark layers inhabited by entities often hostile to humans. What they experience then is not meditation. So before practising meditation, you should first put your psychic being in order; otherwise, even this most useful and profitable of exercises can become very dangerous.

Then, begin by meditating on accessible subjects. But you should consider your desires and projects carefully, because if they are too personal, if they do not vibrate in harmony with the order established by God in the whole creation, they will come into conflict with divine laws, with existences, entities, a whole vibratory order, and you will not succeed.

You must understand that the mind should not be used to accumulate money, to seduce, to acquire goods that life seems to refuse to you. Thought should always be directed toward the good of all, it must have an impersonal and disinterested goal: the happiness of all men, the realization of the Kingdom of God on earth.

In this way, without asking and plan a date, you will see that everything you need will happen to you.
