Some individual and collective exercises

When you feel upset or unhappy, instead of allowing yourself to be overwhelmed and doing nothing about it, try instead to be proactive. Do so straightaway by connecting to heaven and light through meditation or prayer.

If prayer, meditation or any other so-called spiritual activity is not energised and sustained by a sublime idea, a higher ideal, it too can become extremely mundane. Spirituality is not about neglecting or scorning the material world but about constantly striving to act with the light and for the light.

Thought should always be directed toward the good of all, it must have an impersonal and disinterested goal: the happiness of all men, the realization of the Kingdom of God on earth.

How to dedicate yourself entirely to the service of the Divine World, and how to realize, materialize on earth what lies above in heaven are the two best subjects for meditation.
